  ASHTANGA BEGINNER COURSE
If you have never done yoga before, this is where your journey begins. This is a structured class in which students develop a good foundation in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. The pace is slow so that adequate advice can be dispensed and postures corrected. Duration of each class is 1hrs 30mins.
